▲Oseberg Tapestry Fragments (en.wikipedia.org)

I don't understand why people don't make copies of these wonderful tapestries, including the battle of hastings one, so people can display them. Instead, we just see random, cropped pictures of parts of them.

There is a wonderful copy of the Bayeux Tapestry (Battle of Hastings, etc.) very well displayed in the municipal museum in Reading, Berkshire.

Thank you. The 3rd one has a single jpg of the whole thing, as I wanted, but unfortunately it is low res. Well, better something than nothing!

I'd like to install it along the hall just under the ceiling!

It'd have to be a long hall. The tapestry is, like 70m!

I know. But it would be awesome!
